Eugene is a qualified UK solicitor (non-practising) and has significant
experience in managing the commercial and intellectual property portfolios
of blue chip companies. This includes the negotiation and drafting of
commercial agreements and advising local and international companies regarding
the identification, protection, enforcement, exploitation and management
of their intellectual property.
He has also completed an MBA in Oxford and, having founded several companies
himself, has a thorough understanding of the business and commercial issues
facing companies and is well positioned to provide sound legal, commercial
and practical advice about trademark issues.
